One of the SFL coaches from our team will develop an individualized nutrition plan for every 1 on 1, or SEMI-PRIVATE client who embarks on a training program with Superior Fitness Lab. Our philosophy when it comes to nutrition is to always to make the process of optimizing your nutritional intake as simple as possible, while at the same time making sure that your food options are tasty. Our programs won’t require you to count calories, or obsessively weigh or measure your food.
QUICK HEALTHY MEAL WORKSHOPS
One of the innovations that we are most proud of at SFL is the development of our QUICK HEALTHY MEAL PREPARATION WORKSHOPS.
In these workshops that we hold twice a month you will learn how to prepare delicious healthy meals that will help you to attain your fitness goals in less than 30 minutes for each meal.
