Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Superior Fitness Lab.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS: The sale of personal training sessions are final. We do not offer refunds on personal training sessions. However, we do allow purchasers of personal training sessions to transfer them to a someone else. Please, ask a member of our staff, or email us at contact@superiorfitnesslab.com for instructions on how to complete a transfer.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES: Small group classes are non-refundable. Small group classes can be canceled without charge provided that they are cancelled within the cancellation period and prior to the expiration date. Small group classes held at 6:30am must be cancelled by no later than 8:30pm the night before so that the individual registered for the class is not charged. Persons registered for 6pm, or 8:30pm classes must cancel no later than 12pm the day of the class so that they are not charged. Persons registered for the 10am class Saturday morning must cancel their reservation in class by no later than 8:30pm Friday evening the night before so that they are not charged. Classes cancelled on or before the time prescribed in the guidelines will be credited back to the purchaser’s remaining sessions.
